The founder Adam W. Banks has been through many struggles throughout his career in concrete over the last 5 years. After facing obstacles in treatment by employers, and grappling with attaining fair compensation and benefits within the industry, he decided to become the solution he was looking for.

In 2019, Banks decided to jump ship as an employee and soar into the concrete construction industry as an employer with the goal of impacting how the concrete construction trade in Columbus, Ohio approached quality, service, and customer care.

In his free time, Adam is the co-founder and CEO of Faith Plus Works Labor Solutions, where his passion for empowering young adults meets his commitment to creating equitable employment opportunities.
